Chasing Waterfalls 2017: Aliwagwag Falls, Cateel, Davao Oriental

Bloggers have been waxing poetics on the grandeur of Aliwagwag Falls, and that made me and my travel buddy curious about the place. So off we go on another out of town jaunts.This time we found ourselves cruising the way to Aliwagwag Protected Landscape in Cateel, Davao Oriental.

The roads are quite good.

Fifth Tier of the waterfalls. My tongue’s now up to my chin. Tiring climb up!

Cemented stairs that will lead you up to the Monkey Bridge.

You shouldn’t miss doing the Monkey Bridge when you are in Aliwagwag, at PhP50.00 it’s a give-away! The bridge might be shorter than you’d expect but toeing it is worth your while.
